It is Asha’s lucky day!

She has waited for six years to find her forever home and the time as finally come. At the end of July, she will be traveling to Florida to be with her new family which includes another Indian dog! Unfortunately, we need to raise some money to get her there: $1500.

Yes, we know it is expensive, but she is worth it. We rescued Asha in 2012, after she was hit by a car as a young pup. Her back leg was broken and we were not sure that she would survive. We named her Asha (hope in Hindi) in hopes that this would help. Luckily, after a pinning procedure, her leg healed properly and she can now run like the wind.

Dharamsala Animal Rescue

Baby Asha

In India, it is hard enough to get stray dogs adopted, but being female, made it impossible. She has been living at Dharamsala Animal Rescue her whole life and has seen other friends of hers leave and go to their new homes. but now it is finally her turn.

Can you donate to help Asha?
